    • Winemaking

24 Hours skin contact, pressed to tank, cool ferment stopped to achieve the high sugar level.

    • Tasting Notes

Natural acidity and tannin from the skin contact combine to restrain the very high sugar levels and deliver them seamlessly along the palate to clean salivating finish.

    • Style

      Dessert

    • Bouquet

      Honeysuckle, toast.

    • Palate

      Tropical fruit, Muscat, orange marmalade.
